Terms and Conditions

1.) Discounted airtime will only be sold to buydrtv.com agency network members.
2.) E-mail a copy of your order request or insertion order to info@buydrtv.com
3.) Send company or certified check for airtime purchase with (2) BETA SP & (1) VHS or DVD copy of your commercial along with a hard copy of the insertion order

4.) Allow 14 days for check to clear and commercial placement to schedule. NOTE your scheduled airing start date should be at least 16 days from the day you mail your check and tape.
5.) You will receive a confirmation via e-mail within (3) days of your request.
6.) All cancellations require a 14-day written notice prior to airing start date.
7.) All incomplete contracts will be short rated to full rate card.
8.) BUYDRTV.COM will not guarantee rates until your check clears and your commercial has been approved.
9.) Affidavits will be provided upon request 30 days after the completion of each month’s schedule.
10.) All payments must be received 14 days prior to each month airing start date.
11.) All programming requests may be substituted with equal or higher value time slots 
or networks at BUYDRTV.COM’s sole discretion.
12.) By submitting this request for airtime placement you agree with these terms and 
conditions.
